Before you write
Where are you based?
The company is registered in Singapore at 68 Circular Road. We have worked remotely since 2020, with people in Singapore, India, Vietnam and Australia, so we cover working hours from roughly GMT+1 to GMT+10.
How small a project will you take?
Our smallest engagements are around six weeks with two or three people. Below that we usually are not the most sensible option, and we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Intellectual property transfers under the master services agreement, and the repositories sit in your organisation, not ours.
How quickly can you start?
Two to four weeks for a full team, sooner for individual specialists. Discovery can usually begin within a week of signing.
Do you work outside Asia-Pacific?
Yes. We currently have clients in fourteen countries including the UK, Germany and the United States. Overlapping hours are arranged around your team rather than ours.
What are your rates?
Blended team rates start at US$55 per hour and vary by seniority mix and engagement length. We quote a fixed monthly figure per team rather than billing hourly against a timesheet.
What happens when the project ends?
Four weeks of hypercare, then a documented handover: architecture records, runbooks and a walkthrough with your engineers. If you would rather we kept operating it, a support retainer covers that.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any detailed discussion if you prefer. Send yours over or ask for our standard mutual NDA.
