A six-week prototype and an eighteen-month migration go through the same steps at different sizes.

    One to three weeks mapping the problem, the constraints and what counts as done. Ends with a written scope and a fixed estimate.

    Architecture

    A technical approach, a delivery plan, and an explicit list of what is out of scope for this phase.

    Build

    Two-week sprints, each ending with working software on an environment you can open and click through.

    Hardening and launch

    Hypercare and handover
